HR Officer

Job Description:

Matech Consulting & Outsourcing is hiring an HR Officer with 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage end-to-end technical hiring, coordinate assessments, and collaborate with department heads. HR Operations: Maintain HR portals, oversee payroll, leave management, and ensure compliance Employee Relations: Address HR queries, support onboarding, and enforce policies. Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS/HRMS, payroll, and labor laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
