01. Background
Tristate Fire Sprinklers needed a cloud-based digital platform to coordinate inspectors. The primary purpose of this coordination was to facilitate route planning, property visits, and reporting across daily field operations. Previously, it was quite hectic to manage fire safety inspections across New York. Individuals have to work with tricky spreadsheets and manual check-ins.
Simply put, they needed a connected system that could bring administrative planning and field execution together in one place. Our end-to-end solution was focused on delivering an integrated admin portal and mobile app. As a result of this, our client saw enhanced scheduling, visibility, communication, and compliance across every inspection.
02. Challenges
Fire protection companies face real operational pressure in the field, and Tristate was no exception. Limited visibility into inspector activity, property status, and live job progress made it difficult to manage daily operations effectively.
Route coordination was slow and inflexible, with scheduling delays regularly stalling service delivery. Without a connected system, reassigning inspectors or responding to last-minute changes was painful. Ensuring compliance while managing all of this manually created compounding inefficiencies that the team could no longer sustain.

At Matech CO, we build a platform that merges administrative planning and mobile field execution within a secure, cloud-based ecosystem. Dispatchers manage routes, monitor job progress, and reassign inspectors in real time.
Through the admin portal, they operate a single source of truth for daily activity. More than that, the Inspectors use the Android mobile app to receive assignments, update statuses, capture evidence, and trigger client notifications. Unlike before, they had to return to the office to report any case.
With Integrated location tracking, admins have continuous visibility into inspector activity throughout the day. Besides all that, the system is capable enough to send automated alerts and report sharing to keep clients informed at every stage. Offline syncing keeps the platform reliable in low-connectivity areas, so inspections are never delayed by signal issues.
