RapidXus delivers mobile diagnostic services across a wide range of care settings throughout the United States. Managing performance across exams, modalities, states, and sales channels demands you to have clear, real-time visibility. This is something where their existing setup fall short.
With reporting scattered across disconnected sources, their leadership had no single place to track what was happening across the business. Simply put, they required a centralised reporting solution built inside Zoho CRM. It should be competent enough to provide actionable insight with raw operational data.
